Kika Troupe has introduced an innovative systematic programme of teaching both Ugandans and non Ugandans lessons in African music, dance and drama. Kika Troupe’s performances and work has an important educational element, and their music and dancing teaches the youth about HIV/AIDS, female empowerment, and how to stand up for one’s rights. |

Cultural liberty and diversity are here to stay and grow. Therefore, every effort should be made to find ways of forging national and international unity amid this diversity. Kika Troupe wants to exchange music and dance with other musicians and dancers around the globe. The troupe also welcomes performing artists, and everyone else, who would like to visit or work with the troupe in Uganda, and they are working on creating a centre for music and cultural exchange based in Uganda, Africa as well. |
